The team is headed by Thomas Cattee and benefits from his prior experience working at the UK’s Serious Fraud Office (SFO) as a principal investigative lawyer. In this role, Thomas led international investigations in collaboration with multiple international prosecuting agencies, including on one of the most recent and largest multi-jurisdictional cases which resulted in the Deferred Prosecution agreement with Airbus.. This deep knowledge of how the system works from the inside gives the wider team unique insights into the multi-agency investigatory process and means that we are in a position to better advise our clients and prepare potential defences in an unrivalled manner .
