Harry Yu is a solicitor in the White-Collar Crime, Regulatory and Investigations Team.

Harry is a UK qualified solicitor in Gherson’s White-Collar Crime, Regulatory and Investigations Team, where he, together with the other solicitors in the team, advises clients on complex proceeds of crime, asset forfeiture, and INTERPOL matters. Having grown up, lived and worked in China, Canada and the UK, Harry helps bridge the gap between East and West. He is known for his attention to detail and being relentless in helping clients to find a solution.

Previously, Harry completed his training contract at Gherson in the UK Inbound Immigration Team, where he advised on complex immigration matters, including applications under the spouse visa route, Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) route, Tier 1 (Investor) route extensions, returning residents, UK nationality applications, Global Talent route and so forth.

Harry holds a LLM from BPP University and LLB from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences. Prior to joining Gherson, Harry worked on cross-border transactions in a law firm in Chengdu, China.
