What is dual criminality in extradition?

EU Settlement Scheme: One week to go

The deadline for applications under the EU Settlement Scheme is 30 June 2021. All EU, EEA and Swiss citizens who were resident in the UK prior to 31 December 2020 must apply for status under this scheme prior to the deadline in order to secure their rights in the UK.
