Health and Care Visa Application Fees Update: 4 August 2020

On 4 August 2020 the Home Office updated its list of fees for immigration and nationality applications. The list includes reduced fees for points-based system applications made under the new Tier 2 (General) Health and Care visa route (as set out below). All other immigration and nationality application fees remain the same.

Applications made within the UK

Tier 2 Health and Care Visa – under 3 years: reduced from £610 to £232 (£378 reduction)

Tier 2 Health and Care Visa – over 3 years: reduced from £464 to £232 (£232 reduction)

Tier 2 Shortage Occupation – Health and Care Visa – under 3 years: reduced from £464 to £232 (£232 reduction)

Tier 2 Shortage Occupation – Health and Care Visa – over 3 years: reduced from £928 to £464 (£464 reduction)

 

Applications made outside the UK

Tier 2 Health and Care Visa – under 3 years: reduced from £704 to £232 (£472 reduction)

Tier 2 Health and Care Visa – over 3 years: reduced from £704 to £232 (£472 reduction)

Tier 2 Shortage Occupation – Health and Care Visa – under 3 years: reduced from £464 to £232 (£232 reduction)

Tier 2 Shortage Occupation – Health and Care Visa – over 3 years: reduced from £928 to £464 (£464 reduction)
