Michelina is a solicitor in the Complex Litigation Team.

Michelina has assisted on asylum and protection claims, appeals to the Immigration Tribunals, and public law challenges primarily against decisions by the Home Office. Within this team she is also involved in sanctions challenges, both in respect of immigration sanctions and financial sanctions.

Michelina has a diverse background, having lived and studied in North America, Europe, Russia, and China. She graduated from King’s College London with a degree in Business Management, and, during that time, she also spent a semester at the University of Hong Kong. Following her undergraduate degree, she went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at City, University of London.

Michelina is fluent in English, German, and Spanish, and has basic proficiency in Russian, Italian and Mandarin.
