Can I qualify for a Tier 1 Investor visa?

You may qualify for this visa route if you have at least £2 million (or equivalent in foreign currency) available to you for investment in the UK in specific investments.

Can I bring my family with me?

The Tier 1 Investor visa allows applicants to bring their dependent spouse and any dependent children who are under the age of 18 at the time of application when they relocate to the UK.

How quickly can I obtain Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK?

The length of time that you must spend in the UK before being able to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain depends on the level of your investment. Please see the table below for further details.

How many days do I need to spend in the UK?

If you do not intend to settle in the UK, you are not required to spend any prescribed time in the UK. However, if you do wish to settle, you must spend a minimum of 186 days in the UK per year in any 12-month period of your qualifying period.
