Adam is a Solicitor in our Corporate and General Immigration Department. Prior to joining Gherson in 2021, Adam practiced UK immigration and nationality law at a leading immigration law firm for over 10 years.
Adam has extensive experience advising clients under the Tier 1 Investor/Entrepreneur, Start Up/Innovator, Global Talent categories and related applications for HNW individuals. He regularly advises clients with respect to family immigration matters including entry clearance, leave to remain and settlement applications under Appendix FM as well as EEA and British nationality matters.
Adam also advises corporate and private clients on a range of immigration matters including sponsorship and Points-Based System applications, with a focus on Tier 2 and 5 applications and the new Skilled Worker categories.
Adam has a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Toronto. Adam completed both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, London. Adam qualified as a Solicitor in April 2019.
