Charlotte joined Gherson in October 2017 and is a solicitor within our Complex Litigation Team.  

Charlotte has experience advising on a range of UK immigration and nationality matters, including applications for international protection, applications for leave to remain and appeals on human rights grounds and applications for British nationality, including those of an exceptional or complex nature. Charlotte also assists with complex extradition cases, including those involving simultaneous asylum issues. 

Charlotte holds a MEng (Hons) in Biochemical Engineering from University College London and a Graduate Diploma of Law from the University of Law.
