Updated Government visa and immigration guidance during second lockdown
Entering the second lockdown on 5 November 2020 has created another period of uncertainty, specifically in relation to UK immigration matters. In light of this, the UK Government issued guidance on 5 November with the aim of providing clarity for individuals both inside and outside the UK.

Police Registration – A Legal Minefield
The Immigration Rules require foreign nationals from specific countries, who are over the age of 16, to register with the police if their visa is issued for a period longer than six months.
