Sarah joined Gherson in 2015 and having developed her legal knowledge by working as a legal secretary, paralegal and deputy practice manager, Sarah commenced her training contract in March 2019, which she completed in October 2020.
Sarah currently works within the Corporate and General Immigration Team, advising both corporate clients and private individuals on EEA applications, Indefinite Leave to Remain applications, domestic worker visas, visit visas as well as applications under the Points Based System.
Sarah also advises organisations in relation to obtaining or renewing sponsor licences including advising on their on-going compliance responsibilities and obligations.
Sarah has further experience advising on private life applications, UK Ancestry, Appendix FM, naturalisation applications and applications submitted outside of the Immigration Rules.
Sarah studied LLB Law at the University of Kent and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Holborn, graduating in August 2020.
