Sponsor Licences and CoS allocations There have been recent clarifications provided by the Home Office with regard to the requirements of obtaining a sponsor licence. CHANGES TO APPLICATION PROCEDURES FROM 6 APRIL We have been notified by the Home Office of the following changes to the procedures for Tier 2 and Tier 5 applications with effect from 6 April 2015 Tier 2 As of 6 April 2015, in-country Tier 2 applications are required to be submitted via the Home Office's new online application system.
